Location: Remote (United States). Candidates must be able to travel to the Charleston, SC area periodically for in-person meetings. Residence in the Greater Charleston area is preferred but not required.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually

About the Role
Chronic Care Staffing is seeking a Finance & Business Intelligence Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analytics across our growing healthcare organization. This role partners closely with leadership to transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills and enjoys building dashboards, identifying trends, and improving business performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
Utilize QuickBooks and other financial systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Leverage Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Gemini AI, and similar business intelligence tools to evaluate operational performance.
Develop financial models and KPI reporting to support business strategy.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes.
Collaborate with leaders across the organization to deliver actionable business insights.
Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of financial and operational information.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Three (3) or more years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, accounting, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling.
Experience with Power BI, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, or comparable reporting and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Ability to travel to the Charleston, SC area periodically for in-person meetings and team events.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or healthcare staffing.
Experience developing KPIs, forecasting models, and operational analytics.
Experience with reporting automation and systems integrations.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.
