Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ECM Lead Case Manager Supervisor to support our Enhanced Care Management Program. This pivotal role involves leading a team of care coordinators to deliver exceptional care to our members, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing care plans across various medical disciplines. MUST HAVE PRIOR ECM SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of care coordinators, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
- Ability to coach and oversee outreach team and efforts to recruit new ECM members
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans for patients with complex medical needs, including those in trauma centers, ICU, pediatrics, behavioral health, and hospice care.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts with contracted insurance companies for compliance with all State and Federal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, ECM standards protocols through diligent documentation review and data collection.
- Monitor team performance metrics related to member care outcomes, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- 3 years or more experience in a supervisory role working in an Enhanced Care Management program overseeing care coordinators.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in healthcare settings; ability to manage teams effectively while fostering collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA privacy rules, ECM standards for quality assurance and operational compliance procedures.
- Strong familiarity with managed care processes, utilization review methodologies, discharge planning strategies, and medical records management.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Experience managing data collection efforts to track clinical outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Daily oversight and reporting on KPI metrics
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
