Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in designing and implementing machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI tools for predictive modeling analysis.
- Support model training, evaluation, and deployment processes to ensure high performance and scalability across cloud platforms like AWS.
- Collaborate with data engineers to develop ETL pipelines, manage SQL databases, and optimize big data systems using Hadoop, Spark, and related technologies.
- Perform statistical analysis for research purposes, utilizing tools like R or SAS to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Contribute to natural language processing (NLP) projects by developing algorithms that interpret and generate human language using generative AI techniques.
- Assist in the design of database schemas and linked data architectures to facilitate efficient data mining and analytics workflows.
- Participate in model evaluation activities by applying statistical modeling techniques, model validation procedures, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, or Bash (Unix shell) for AI development and automation tasks.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or similar tools for building scalable AI models.
- Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning services on platforms like AWS or comparable providers for model deployment and management.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark implementation, and data mining techniques for large-scale analytics.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools including R or SAS for research-driven insights and model validation.
- Ability to design efficient SQL databases and perform complex SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Exposure to natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, or quantum engineering is a plus for innovative project contributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, model evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
