The Brandon Residential Treatment Center and Day School, New England’s leading treatment center for boys with emotional and behavioral difficulties, provides an exciting, challenging, and rewarding environment to work in. Candidates will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of their designated site and ensuring the provision of the highest quality of service to the clients by creating an atmosphere that is safe, respectful and positive for all.Responsibilities include:
- Oversee programming to ensure a comprehensive and unified team of staff from weekday to weekend.
- Ensure the program has a consistent, structured daily routine.
- Attend and participate in all residential house meetings, treatment team, bi-weekly supervisors meetings, consults as needed, and any other relevant meetings.
- Provide leadership, support, and weekly supervision to Child Care Workers and complete supervision notes, plans, and performance evaluations consistently
- Assist with scheduling to ensure a staff schedule that always meets the required Brandon ratios and remain on site to provide coverage when the next shift is short staffed or until you can arrange for proper coverage as needed.
- Manage scheduling and requested time-off, in a timely manner, to minimize the use of overtime.
- Ensure the program stays within the limits of its designated budget.
- Oversee the facility conditions and ensure it meets Brandon standards and licensing requirements.
- Ensure staff members are meeting annual training requirements.
- Incorporate a strength based approach in the milieu.·
- Ensure constant communication with relevant Treatment Team members and Department Heads.
- Ensure all team members are trained to utilize the Brandon communication and documentation systems and ensure these systems are used daily.
- Ensure appropriate implementation of the Brandon Behavior Support Policy and TCI techniques.
- Comply at all times with federal, state and local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Follow all established Brandon policies and procedures.
- Represent the agency in a highly professional manner.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred; minimum four years experience working in human services/mental health field with supervisory experience; must have experience working with a population struggling with sexualized behaviors; must have a valid MA driver’s license and DEEC CORI/DCF background check; able to participate in physical interventions.This is a full time position with excellent salary and benefits (health/dental/vision insurance, generous PTO, 403B, tuition reimbursement, in-house trainings, and more).

Thursday: 2pm-11pm
Friday: 2pm-11pm
Saturday: 9am-11pm
