Registered Nurse — Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN | IV Therapy & Wellness | Franklin, TN
IVÉ Wellness is hiring RNs for our Nashville/Franklin operation. The work is a mix of embedded in-office IV therapy at a concierge medical practice and mobile visits to clients’ homes, hotels, and events.
The pay
- $50/hour base, all hours, W-2
- Tips on every mobile call, 100% yours. [Our TN nurses typically clear $100/hour on dispatch shifts with tips.]
- Paid drive time between mobile calls, plus mileage at the IRS rate
- Overtime past 40 hours at time-and-a-half
- Malpractice and workers’ comp fully covered
- Premium hourly rate in lieu of a traditional benefits package. We’ll walk you through the comparison on the first call.
The work
- In-office IV therapy at a concierge practice: scheduled patients, most infusions under an hour
- Mobile IV visits to a concierge clientele: homes, hotels, events
- Weekday-anchored schedule with dispatch flexibility
- All care delivered under physician standing orders and written protocols
- PRN: minimum two shifts per month
You
- Active, unrestricted TN RN license
- Strong IV skills: infusion, ER, ICU, or pre-op background preferred
- Polished, warm bedside manner. Our clients are concierge-medicine patients, and they notice.
- Reliable transportation; based in Franklin/south metro (required)
