This role combines wellness coaching with world-class customer service. You'll work directly with first responders—helping them stay engaged with their wellness programs, providing accountability, answering questions, and supporting healthier, longer careers.

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual wellness coaching sessions with first responders.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text.
- Build relationships and keep members engaged and accountable.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing member support.
- Answer questions and resolve member concerns professionally.
- Document interactions and maintain timely follow-up.
- Represent our mission with professionalism, positivity, and empathy.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong phone presence and customer service experience.
- Background in fitness, wellness, exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, health coaching, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life.
