Summary
As a Retail Store Manager at American Factory Direct Furniture, you will lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and style while ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels for showroom displays.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Superior retail home furnishing selling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Proficient use of company software operation, maintenance, and reporting.
