What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners interested in selling.
- Understand their goals and explain all available selling options.
- Identify homeowners who are a good fit for listing on the MLS.
- Schedule appointments with our trusted partner agents.
- Follow up with homeowners and maintain CRM records.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
