Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will work with under physician supervision while exercising clinical autonomy in delivering high-quality care focused on Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Management.
Experience is preferred but not required, we offer through training and mentorship. This position offers wonderful scheduling flexibility, with options tailored to your lifestyle to promote long term work life balance.
Key responsibilities:
. Examine patient and assess neuromusculoskeleteal and general medical status.
. Order, perform and interpret diagnostics test (imaging, labs)
. Prescribe medications, including Pain Management Therapies.
. Administrate trigger point and joint injections (training provided if needed)
. Consult with and refer to physicians for complex cases.
. • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Document assessments and care plans in the EMR
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned to support quality care delivery.
Qualifications
- Licensed APRN in the State of Florida (or eligible for licensure)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Acute Care)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Interest or experience in Pain Management, PM&R, or geriatrics
- Comfortable working independently in skilled nursing facility settings
- Proficient in EMR documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $111,151.00 - $116,708.00 per year
