Overview
We at Twist Social Club are seeking a dynamic and friendly Bartender/Server to join our team in delivering exceptional nighclub experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Bartender/Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and inviting demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including supporting fellow team members during busy periods.
Skills
- Previous host/host or food service experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality or Nightclub settings is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
