Operate and monitor weaving machines safely and efficiently to produce textile products

Inspect fabric for quality, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities

Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues as needed

Maintain production and quality standards throughout each shift

Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards

Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times

Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and team members to ensure smooth operations

Assist with machine changeovers and production setup when required

Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred

Textile experience is a plus, but not required
