Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic intake sessions/evaluations via telehealth and in-person
- Develop individualized treatment plans and plan updates
- Deliver individual therapy sessions
- Provide crisis management and crisis intervention as needed
- Document accurately and timely within electronic record system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain ongoing professional development by staying current with clinical best practices and cultural competencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- ND Licensure required by state regulations
- Experience in psychotherapy modalities
