Drive Impactful Financial Operations
You will take ownership of mid-level to complex accounting functions, directly influencing our strategic trajectory. Key contributions include:
Analyze and Report: Drive business insights by analyzing variances, identifying key trends, and generating comprehensive financial performance narratives.
Ensure Compliance: Process transactions and maintain financial records in strict accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and statutory requirements.
Optimize Processes: Spearhead initiatives to streamline operations; proactively research alternatives and propose effective recommendations to management.
Collaborate and Execute: Participate actively in month-end and year-end close processes, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Support Audits: Assist with critical internal and external audit requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting alongside 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally with a background in leading projects and collaborating across multiple departments, as you work toward a Senior Accountant level.
Solid working knowledge of GAAP and current statutory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Oracle Financial or similar ERP software.
Demonstrated analytical capabilities and the ability to articulate complex financial data clearly across all organizational levels.
