CNC Operator 3rd Shift
Compensation: Based on experience, position, and shift

3rd Shift: 9:00pm to 5:30am* M-F
*First 2 or 3 weeks of training will be from 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F, and after that you will report to your shift.
Responsibilities:
· Operate CNC machines (Mazak, Mori Seiki, and Haas Lathes and Mills)
· Load and unload materials, inspect per prints using calibrated tools such as micrometers, calipers, height/depth gauges
· Adjust programs and tools in order to produce quality parts
· Detect malfunction of the machine and report to supervisor/manager
· Follow productions schedules and maintain high machine efficiencies
· Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment
Skills:
· Candidate will have working knowledge of CNC operation
· Knowledge of Machines should include Mazak, Mori Seiki, and Haas Lathes and Mills
· 100% visual inspection of every part produced is required
· Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, tape measures, indicators, Allen wrenches and other measuring instruments
· Ability to understand blueprints and written instructions as well as G&M codes
· Candidates with flexibility on shifts is preferred
· Able to work in a high production based environment
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 1+ years’ experience
· Manufacturing Experience
· Verbal Communication
· Attention to Detail
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful
· Ability to work flexible shift Monday through Friday
· lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
