Hiring: Bartender
Pay: Starting at $10.00/hour
Location: Westerville, OH
Shift: Full-Time, 40 per Week
Shift Available: Tues-Thurs, 4p-12am
*Saturday-Sunday Availability Required.
The Bartender delivers high-energy, friendly service, mixing cocktails and serving drinks to guests while maintaining a clean, stocked bar. Key duties include upselling, processing payments via POS, checking IDs, and providing personalized recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assists guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation method
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Ensure menu in place in the bar for both beverage and food items
- Assist with inventory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
