Responsibilities
HR Support
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview times, required documents, and onboarding steps
- Help maintain employee records and HR files
- Support new hire onboarding, including collecting documents and following up on missing information
- Assist with staff scheduling updates and internal communication
- Help track employee compliance documents, trainings, certifications, track PTO, sick leave, and required paperwork
- Support HR-related administrative tasks as needed
Office Administrative Support
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner
- Greet visitors, applicants, and staff when needed
- Organize and maintain office files, forms, and documents
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, scanning, and filing
- Support daily office workflow and coordinate with internal departments
- Order and track office supplies
- Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal trackers
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Session Note Compliance Follow-Up
- Contact Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other field staff by phone to follow up on outstanding or incomplete session notes
- Track session note submission status and identify missing, late, or noncompliant documentation
- Make consistent follow-up calls to remind field workers of documentation deadlines and compliance requirements
- Document all follow-up communications and escalate unresolved compliance issues to management
- Maintain and update session note compliance trackers to support timely billing
Qualifications
- Previous office, administrative, HR, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow up consistently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic spreadsheets
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Bilingual English & Chinese
- Healthcare, home care, ABA, or medical office experience is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
