American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring a CO or compact RN license, ED certifications, and night shift availability.

Work in a 32-bed Emergency Department within a hospital setting
-
Unit staffed with charge RNs, RNs, and EMT/Medics across day, mid, and night shifts
-
Patient ratios vary by acuity assignment, typically 1:4 with vertical care spaces at 1:6
-
Performs triage, assessment, conscious sedation, and splinting procedures
-
Uses Zoll Lifepaks, GE monitors, Stryker stretchers, and Mobilab equipment

Meditech EMR experience preferred but not required

Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

13-week assignment
-
Active CO or compact RN license required
-
Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ED RN experience required

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and ENPC

CPI Blue Card certification required

Meditech EMR experience preferred
-
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

US SSN and DOB required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)

One professional reference required

Provide emergency department nursing care across a range of acute and critical patient presentations

Work collaboratively within a team-oriented, flexible, and professional unit culture

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
