About the Role:
As a Transportation Driver with Shelbyville Healthcare & Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, including medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social activities
- Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, schedules, and resident status
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation services, minimizing delays and ensuring resident comfort and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate transportation needs and ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, responding to questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
