The Role
In this position, you won't just be a number. You’ll be a vital part of a small team ensuring our products are prepped, packed, and ready for our customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires focus, speed, and a commitment to quality.
What You’ll Do
- Efficiently pack products according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Meet daily production demands to ensure timely shipments.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and improve workflow.
- Requirements
- Physical Ability: Must be able to comfortably lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Background: Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass a standard background check.
- Reliability: Punctuality is a must; our team relies on every member to hit our daily goals.
- Drive: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
