Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental knowledge, bilingual is a plus (spanish and english.) Must have a kind personality and be able to multitask.
This office does background checks and drug testing.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and clerical duties.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office.
- Pull and review patient charts in preparation for upcoming appointments
- Provide excellent patient support by addressing their needs right away.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, and ensuring timely responses.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Dental knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Be able to work 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-3:30pm on Fridays.
