American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Lawton, OK, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and night shift availability.

Hospital-based Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
-
Standard patient ratio of 2:1, with occasional 3:1 assignments
-
Floating required, including to the ED to cover holds and Med/Surg at a 5:1 ratio

Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)

36 hours per week
-
5 weekend days required every 6-week period
-
No on-call requirements

13-week contract
-
Active RN license for Oklahoma (Standard or Compact) required

Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA)

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

Willingness and ability to float is required

Provides critical care to seriously ill patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, complex procedures, and rapid response to emergencies

Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans

No more than 5 days of time off (RTO) may be requested during the contract

Candidates requesting more than 7 days off, seeking more than 50% of holidays off, or with negative background or employment history may experience extended processing timelines

All compliance documentation must be submitted one week prior to the start date
