Crain Kia of Fayetteville is looking to add to our Detail Team as we continue to grow. This is not just a wash job—this role is responsible for the final presentation of every vehicle before it reaches our customers.
- Wash, clean, and detail all incoming, sold, and serviced vehicles
- Ensure every vehicle meets front-line ready standards before delivery
- Identify and report cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, windshield damage, etc.)
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detail area and lot
- Work directly with sales and service to prioritize vehicles based on urgency
- Support inventory flow to keep vehicles ready for display and delivery
- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Ability to move with urgency and consistency
- Takes ownership — doesn’t walk past a problem
- Team-first mindset with the ability to take direction and execute
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required
- Clear expectations and accountability — we inspect what we expect
