As a Guest Services Call Center Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You'll help create a welcoming experience by assisting with appointment scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring every guest feels cared for and supported.
This is an in-person position located near Reed Road in the Columbus/Upper Arlington area.
Weekday Availability:
- Must be available 3–4 weekdays per week
- Shifts may include:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday Availability:
- 2–3 Saturdays per month
- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Abilities and Skills Needed:
- Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented
- Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
- Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Multitasking skillset
Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
