Overview

Duties
- Supervise front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and managing reservations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards
- Oversee POS systems such as ForeUP for accurate order processing
- Manage shift schedules, monitor inventory levels, and control food and beverage costs through effective inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to develop a high-performing team
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on team management and training
- Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, staff training, and customer service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently during busy shifts in casual dining or fine dining settings
