What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items while following recipes and presentation standards.
- Work one or more stations including:
- Flat Top Grill
- Soup Station
- Charcuterie Board Station
- Dish Pit
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Wash and manage your own dishes as part of daily kitchen responsibilities.
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning before, during, and after service.
- Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to keep service running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently while also being a reliable team player.
- Comfortable working in a small kitchen where everyone pitches in.
- Able to accurately follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous line cook experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Baking experience is a plus, but not required.
What to Expect
- A small, close-knit kitchen where everyone plays an important role.
- Typically 2–3 cooks on busy shifts and 1 cook during slower periods.
- You’ll work directly alongside the Sous Chef or Head Chef and have the opportunity to grow your skills in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Cross-training in multiple stations with opportunities to expand your culinary skills.
- This is a hands-on kitchen—there’s no room for “that’s not my job” here.
