Real Estate Attorney (Mid-Level to Senior)
An established firm based in Los Angeles, California with over 60 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate (Mid-Level to Senior) with 5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Real Estate Associate (Mid-Level to Senior) will have experience with real estate construction contracts and related transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in advisory and transactional matters.

Salary range: $250,000-$300,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating real estate construction contracts
Active bar membership in California and in good standing
Strong understanding of real estate transactions including development and construction matters
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with senior attorneys and partners
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate real estate construction contracts and related transactional documents
Advise clients on legal aspects of real estate development and construction projects
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated and high-profile matters
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and client expectations
Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding risk mitigation and compliance
Support business development efforts and contribute to expanding the practice group
