Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our compassionate care team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications as well as assisting with direct resident care tasks commonly associated with CNA responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and communal areas
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, individualized care
