-Self-starter-Must be able to work with minimal supervision
-Deal with customers in a courteous and professional manner
-Must have at least 4 years welding and fabrication experience
-Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
-Must be able to pass drug test
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-Ability to use iron worker, press brake, and other steel manufacturing machines is helpful
-Pay is based on experience.
-Good measurement and layout skills
-Able to work well with others
