Gido's is looking for pizza makers and line cooks to join our culinary team in a fast paced restaurant, individual must have 1 year line cook experience, reliable transportation, able to work nights, weekends and some holidays. Everything we do is based off teamwork and we’d love to have you be a part of our team! We offer more than just brick-oven pizza and ice cream though! We also will be offering dishes such as wing/ tenders with a variety of flavors, baked and fried seafood, baked pasta, smash burgers & many other fun items! We will also have a full-service bar with keno & an outdoor patio!
Job Description & Responsibilities
Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Line Cook Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
