Watsontown Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and independence
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health
Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania PTA license
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and dependable
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
