Equipment Operator/Laborer
Essential Functions:
· Operating heavy machinery such as skid steers, front-end loaders, material handler, and shuttle wagon.
· Railyard operations
· Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, material handling systems, and other company resources.
· Operate automated material-handling systems.
· Monitor material condition during unloading and loading procedures.
Skills Required:
· Work Safely – Follow all safety procedures and never sacrifice safety for production.
· Protect Equipment – Operate machinery correctly and report problems before they become major failures.
· Maintain the Facility - Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.
· Attention to Detail - Follow operating procedures and verify work is completed correctly.
· Communication – Maintain clear communication with supervisors and other employees.
· Be Dependable – Report to work on time and work scheduled hours.
· Work as a team – Support coworkers and contribute to the overall success of HRL operations.
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
