We are hiring an Entry Level Management team member to work directly with businesses and customers in a customer-facing and sales-driven role. This Entry Level Management position involves engaging with decision-makers, reviewing energy usage, presenting available programs, and guiding businesses through service options that best fit their operational needs.
Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
- Meet with business owners and customers in person to discuss energy usage and available savings programs
- Review current utility information and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Present energy solutions, sales offers, pricing structures, and service options in a clear and professional way
- Guide customers through sales enrollment and account setup processes
- Develop new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and customer engagement
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure a smooth account experience and energy efficiency
Entry Level Management Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or energy related industries
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Confident handling conversations, questions, and objections
- Willingness to learn and develop in a sales and business environment
Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,200.00 per month
