Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate cleaning schedules during busy service h
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
