AT&T Customer Support Associate Responsibilities
- Provide in-person customer support for AT&T wireless, internet, and technology services
- Assist customers with new activations, service upgrades, account support, and product recommendations
- Explain service plans, promotions, and product features clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Deliver a positive customer experience and problem-solving support

Qualifications
