Must be an individual who is a self-starter, highly responsible, customer service focused, and LOVES working outside in the Florida heat! This position requires the ability to make and edit booking reservations on an iPad, phone, and/or computer. The position requires great time management and the ability to juggle customers, reservations, and other duties with ease. Flexibility, being a fast and hard worker is vital. You are expected to provide excellent customer service and complete requests by management staff quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure the safety of passengers by following all safety procedures and protocols.
- Handle mooring and anchoring operations.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the vessel.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boat.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the vessel and equipment.
- Assist in providing information and exceptional customer service to passengers.
- Act as a knowledgeable and friendly host, providing information about the tour or expedition.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Captain or management.
