We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable balancing customer service responsibilities with sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Process sales transactions and orders.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, services, promotions, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,400.00 per week
