Duties
- Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities through proactive outreach and warm calling strategies to potential partners in the sports industry
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals that highlight mutual benefits and align with client marketing objectives
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, deliverables, and partnership scope to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage existing sponsor relationships through regular communication, account management, and renewal negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create integrated activation plans that maximize sponsor visibility and engagement
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track prospect interactions, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new revenue streams within sports sponsorships
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or technology sales with a focus on sponsorship or partnership agreements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships
- Experience in account management and nurturing long-term client partnerships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies related to sports or entertainment industries
- Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis and leverage insights for strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with a confident phone presence for warm calling and outreach efforts
