Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently
- Handle guest requests promptly, from room service to special accommodations, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents while adhering to hotel emergency procedures
- Support front desk operations during night shifts or peak hours, including night audit processes and late check-ins
- Provide multilingual or bilingual assistance to accommodate diverse guest needs and enhance guest relations
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly preferred
- Familiarity with hotel front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and guest services software such as OPERA
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments, ideally within resort or hotel settings
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with international guests
- Experience with night audit procedures and handling multi-tasking responsibilities during overnight shifts is advantageous
