Experienced Cook Needed
The Ohio Eastern Star Home looking for a Cook to be responsible for providing food for our elders in an efficient and sanitary preparation and service of high quality, nutritious meals.
Responsibilities as follows but not limited to:
- Follows written recipes and prepares high quality, delicious, and nutritious menu options.
- Serve apartment Elders in the evening Bistro
- Comfortable around food and able to follow recipes, we are willing to train the right individual!
- Helps with inventory and ordering food, supplies and stocking
- Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment, including cleaning equipment and timely attention to dirty dishes.
- Cooking methods including, but not limited to; baking, frying, cold salad prep, sautéing, and general short order cooking
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.75 per hour
