FastForming is a privately-owned plastic thermoformer in Rittman, Ohio that specializes in short runs of custom parts. We are seeking Production Team Members who can keep up with our fast-paced environment and perform a variety of manufacturing duties every day. We are looking for on-time, dependable, friendly, hardworking employees to fill general labor positions.

General responsibilities of Production Team Member:
- Assemble and disassemble work cells.
- Run thermoforming machinery.
- Trim plastic parts according to written specifications.
- Assemble multi-component products.
- Inspect parts for imperfections.
- Ship finished products.
- Maintain a clean & safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Power Tool or Wood Working experience needed.

**Salary is based upon experience. The perfect candidate will possess extensive vacuum forming skills and the knowledge to run our formers and CNC machines.**
