Wadena Truck & Trailer is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Wadena, Minnesota. If you are dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of diesel-powered equipment, including trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty machinery. You'll work on both our company fleet and equipment brought in by customers, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, trucks, trailers, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while minimizing downtime
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Diesel Mechanic or related heavy equipment technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
