About the Facility
Guthrie Cortland Medical Center is a 166-bed community hospital and part of the Guthrie health system. The hospital offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services with a wide range of specialties, 24/7 in-house Hospitalist coverage, and extensive telemedicine support. Physicians and APPs benefit from access to specialty consultation while caring for patients in a collaborative community hospital setting.
What Your Practice Will Look Like
You'll care for a broad mix of adult and pediatric patients in a thoughtfully designed Emergency Department featuring Epic EMR, an on-site radiology suite with 24/7 real-time radiologist interpretation, and minimal patient boarding. Specialty telemedicine services—including neurology, nephrology, pulmonary, and critical care—provide additional clinical support, while patients requiring interventional cardiology, neurosurgery, major trauma, or specialized pediatric services are transferred through established regional partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated W-2 compensation: $90/hour
- $33,000 ownership opportunity after 2 years

Requirements
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred
