What You'll Do
- Help individuals find insurance coverage that fits their needs
- Consult with prospects and explain available insurance options
- Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process
- Participate in company incentive programs and contests
- Work toward and exceed individual and company sales goals
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Confident, personable, and comfortable talking with people
- Strong communicators, both in person and over the phone
- Motivated by goals and earning potential
- Organized with strong time-management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Competitive, dependable, and eager to grow
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
- A college degree is preferred, but not required
Licensing & Training
This position requires an active state insurance license in Life, Health, and Accident. Don't have your license yet? That's okay! Training programs are available for qualified candidates who meet the other requirements of the position.
