Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, timely, and courteous service to guests at the counter and throughout the restaurant

Know the menu, wines, beers, and cocktails to make helpful recommendations

Follow company policies, including sanitation, dress code, and service guidelines

Take and deliver beverage orders accurately, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Assist fellow team members to ensure outstanding guest experiences

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and perform side work as required

Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and promptly notify management of any concerns

Welcome and thank guests warmly, inviting them to return
Qualifications & Skills

6 months to 2 years related experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate required

Strong verbal communication and basic math skills

Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle money accurately

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Positive, cooperative attitude with excellent guest service focus
