- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Direct Staffing is hiring dependable individuals for Packaging & Quality Inspector positions in Fort Smith, AR. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a strong attention to detail, we'd like to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Package finished products
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Stack finished products on pallets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
