The Role
We're looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of our field operations, fleet, and personnel — keeping everything running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. If you've got a background managing trucking or transportation operations and thrive in a fast-paced oilfield environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily dispatch and scheduling of trucks, equipment, and field crews
- Oversee fleet maintenance planning and equipment availability
- Coordinate with field supervisors, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Enforce safety policies and DOT/oilfield compliance standards
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of drivers and field staff
- Track operational costs and support budgeting efforts
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of operations management experience in trucking, transportation, or oilfield services
- Strong working knowledge of fleet logistics, dispatch, and DOT regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a field environment
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic operations/dispatch software
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $90,000/year — possibly more depending on experience
