As a AT&T Wireless Agent , you will execute Elevate 1st Solutions's marketing strategy for AT&T's flagship products. This AT&T Wireless Agent role centers on personalized customer connections, providing expert guidance on AT&T's wireless services while developing your skills in client consultation and territory management.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Agent
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to promote AT&T’s wireless services within assigned service areas.
- Evaluate customer connectivity requirements and recommend service bundles that align with usage patterns, budget constraints, and network availability.
- Oversee the acquisition process from initial lead generation through service education, account setup, and activation coordination.
- Analyze territory performance using metrics such as conversion rates, service activations, and customer feedback to refine outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues, improve onboarding workflows, and contribute to regional growth initiatives aligned with AT&T.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Wireless Agent
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred to support campaign execution and client engagement.
- Experience in sales, customer support, or outreach coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide customer decisions and explain service offerings clearly.
