Scratch & Co. – Now Hiring Line Cooks Springfield, MO Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team in the Plaza Towers District.
We are seeking skilled, motivated line cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a line cook, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to Scratch & Co. standards.

Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
-
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices.
-
Assist with prep work and station setup/breakdown.
-
Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH teams.

Support overall kitchen operations as needed.
Requirements:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods.
-
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Food safety knowledge is a plus.
