Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

- Package and prepare meat products according to company quality standards.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming meat products.
- Operate packaging equipment, including scales, vacuum sealers, and labelers.
- Portion, weigh, and accurately label products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Warehouse, food production, or packaging experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate!
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Frequently lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift.
- Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
- Work safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
This position is performed in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 0°F to 50°F. Team members may be exposed to noise, food processing equipment, cleaning chemicals, and food allergens while following all required safety and sanitation protocols.
