Watson Realty Corp is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for the St Augustine/St Augustine Beach offices. The position is an in-office position only, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Duties include:
- Duties include:
- First contact with customers at the office;
- Answer calls and forward to appropriate party;
- Updating sites as needed for listings and sales;
- Processing both Escrow and Commission checks received by depositing to the correct bank account via scanning;
- Submitting transactional information to the appropriate Transaction Processor personnel in a timely manner;
- Updating contracts to the Escrow Sharepoint folder timely;
- Assist with technology updates/changes/training for new and existing agents;
- Onboarding new agents through the Watson Websupport system;
- Ordering name badges for new agents;
- Ensuring the required office supplies are well stocked;
- Assist the Broker Manager with weekly meetings: coordinating meeting room, Power Point presentation, etc.;
- Set up Duty Agent roster/schedule for the month per instructions of the Broker;
- Other duties as required.

- Excellent Customer Service skills both written and verbal
- Professional
- Education: Minimum Associated Degree
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Office Administration
Real Estate, Title, Mortgage Industry preferred but not required.
